Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reply Cut, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and upload using Reply Cut. You must ensure that:

• All clips respect copyright and fair use guidelines
• Your commentary does not infringe on third-party rights
• Your use complies with platform terms (YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
• You have the right to use all content in your clips

We do not condone or take responsibility for any misuse of the platform. Users found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

Storage and Retention

Reply Cut does not permanently store source videos or clips. Render outputs are stored for 24 hours only to facilitate download. After 24 hours, all files are permanently deleted.

Subscription and Billing

• Pro Plan: $15 USD per month
• Free Plan: 5 clips per month
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial month subscriptions

Limitation of Liability

Reply Cut is provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
